Project Description:
When Clinical Reference Laboratory needed to create an online means of training people to collect specimens and test their knowledge, Syphon Interactive was recruited by our colleagues at Two West to provide the back-end programming that would make it possible.

To this end we developed a system of registration, training, and testing that, upon integration with content and design created by Two West, met or exceeded all expectations. In addition to the front-end work we provided a suite of administrative tools that allow CRL's staff to maintain up-to-date databases of trainees and certified collectors and to change the questions that make up the certification test.

We performed the final installation and post-installation testing on-site, and provided on-site training to CRL's staff once the system was ready for use. Throughout the entire process the interaction among the three participants was virtually seamless.
